I have been thinking about what you were saying.  I neither have the technical know how nor the capital at this time to devote to such a site.  Are you aware of a site where I could make these submissions.

Also Mr Cody perhaps you may be able to point me to the appropriate forum as you see it.

In the absense of a reply I will assume that this is the correct forum.
