Thanks Davis and Ian,

I admit to ignorance on all but rudimentry DNS stuff, but I was under the
impression that if the whois data points to a specific name server(s), then
they are considered authoritive (assuming the results from whois are
accurate and upto date)

I would have thought we were no longer authoritvie for these domains,
therefore dns entries should be stored on the servers that are listed ?
