It is pretty dodgy the way they've done it - it will be worse if
they start having advertising (effectively a second level form of
domain registration).... and worse still if said ads are targetted at
specific domains (registry-level typosquatting)

BTW, notice that it only works if you don't include the "www"

I was actually wondering a while back if Ausregistry
could do the same thing.  There actually are circumstances
where I would not only find such a practice acceptable
- but might even consider it useful.

It could be considered a useful customer service if the page
simply had a list of "similar" domains the user may have
meant. In the case of Ausregistry, they could have a
randomised list of registrars.....  just a thought.
