The class action only goes after CR and IRA. Josh is right what is to stop
another employee of BN popping up and running the same scam again. Well
would you like to work for a company that asks you to be the fall guy when
things get hot I think not. Another reason is the general public is
absolutely sick and tired of their mailings and are a lot more savvy than
they were 2 or 3 years ago. They will be lucky to get a return of at best
1%. That my fellow list members and mumblers is just not good business. They
would be better off putting their money into spruiking about property
investments maybe they could invest in a Henry Kay seminar.
