Domain Names NZ (Chesley Rafferty) is trying to convince New Zealanders
to buy the .net version of their co.nz domain name.  

However the notice looks very similar to a bill that you'd receive from
an Australian utility company, so a reasonable person probably wouldn't
realise that it is a marketing communication NOT a renewal notice.
