Ian, the ACA now has an email address (reportingspam§aca.gov.au) on their
spam page (http://www.aca.gov.au/consumer_info/spam/index.htm# ) for
referring spam to them. Not sure from the original post if the original
notices were electronic or hard copy, though. Either way, roll on 10 April.

Which supposedly becomes illegal in three days, unless he's obtained
consent from recipients to spam them. Be interesting to find out how
one actually gets to lodge complaints under this new legislation, ie
whether it's fair dinkum. Last I looked they hadn't worked that out.

Cheers, Ian
