With a free market you end up with a handfull of people buying up
all the nice domain names so you don't have the one you want.

With a policy based market you end up with not being allowed to get
the domain name you want to have.

In the end, you either get bitten by the dog or by the cat.

Personally, I prefer the policy based one more. But MelbourneIT has
blindly approved every domain name I have requested in the last
