[DNS] Should this list continue to exist?

One note of possible caution - In .UK there was a 'nom-steer' list much
like this, quite quiet and dormant much of the time but very useful as and
when it was needed.

Nominet then 'improved' things by closing it and moving to a vbulletin
system inside their online services, and the reach & debate appears to be
all but nullified.
