There is no need to take such an extreme interpretation of my words. 

I was not making any threat, just pointing to the logic of the
situation, that obviously the expenses of dealing with litigation will
increase costs on DNAs, and that ultimately that will be reflected in
higher fees to end users than would otherwise be the case. 

The sooner that ADNA is created the better, and that a commitment is
obtained from both existing DNAs and companies seeking selection as
DNAs, to resort to the courts only when the dispute resolution
procedures endorsed by ADNA have been utilised.
