It goes further than this.  connect.com.au is recommending clients
register a business name if they wish to get their preferred domain
name.  Currently, the registry is managed by Craig Bishop.  When
I questioned him about why a business with the registered name of "Printlink
Digital Copy Centre" couldn't get printlink.net.au, he advised:

"Printlink can have printlink.net.au if they register an RBN with the ASC,
which will take a few hours and cost $75"
