This is very correct.

Might I suggest someone approach David Wright from the ACCC and formally
invite them into this process.  He can offern much valuable advice.

Mind you, he'll hate me for suggesting such!  But he is quite brilliant and
really knows his stuff - Law and is very rapidly learning about DNS!

Apart from the fact he is extremely busy, an invitation to participate and
well constructed questions or statements woudl provide David with a very
easy channel to educate us.

Lets see if for once everyone can work towards one goal, rather than
scattering flakt everywhere.
