its still small but a number of my users use it and prefer it.

Diversity in the algorithyms used by search engines is really the only
reasonable way to go. If General Purpose Search Engines all adopted a
guideline for search criteria these directories would be dominated by a
select few and subsequently the directories would fail in their purpose
which is to (as much as possible) provide an equity of search response to
all the listings.
