DOT-BIZ INJUNCTION DISSOLVES
ICANN.Blog is reporting that the injunction stopping
NeuLevel, the dot-biz registrar, from proceeding with the
allocation of some 53,000 domains for which it received
multiple registrations, is likely to dissolve after the
plaintiffs failed yesterday to post the necessary bond.  The
litigation presumably now proceeds without further hearings
on preliminary relief.
