auDA's Constitution states: The Board shall cause to be prepared an
operating manual which shall set out, inter alia, the process which auDA is
to conduct its deliberations and operations. This shall specify the
appointment of panels of experts to advise the board on matters of policy
for the development and administration of the .au domain name space, and
shall describe the process with which auDA shall achieve openness and
transparency in the conduct of its business.

Does auDA have an operating manual and, if so, where can I access it please?
