Out of interest, how do you tell if they are retail clients? We are
business, we have registered about 6 domains recently with you for our
clients.

I strongly suggest an "opt in" / "opt out" if you are going to try to value
add sales to clients, especially if they are services we supply to them. We
have no interest in .ID domains, nor hosting .. so what do you call an email
offering services you havent asked for, we call it spam here.
