In the past I've had excellent service from Enetica, but I'm wondering if there's a problem. Last week one of my clients complained that they'd been contacted by Enetica with, among other things, the offer that they (client) might like to register some additional domains. They listed some ludicrous suggestions, but what bothers me is that I am listed as the admin and tech contact and I believe they had no right to go over my head. Maybe this was an innocent episode, but the client now wonders about his privacy. I phoned. I waited. I phoned again, I waited. I e-mailed, and I'm waiting. Am I alone with this problem?
