Brad, from my point of view if you have a product or service that meets
business needs at a reasonable price, and reliably so, I wish you good
luck.  Advertise it in the appropriate fora, mail it, hand it out at
supermarkets, drop it into letterboxes (even mine) - whatever technique
works.  Personally I hate spam and junk mail, but that's quite another

It's your right in a free market economy to develop your business that

HOWEVER, if you seek to do so in a way that arguably entraps customers
into an onerous, one-sided contract, then I have the right (even
obligation) to object, and to warn my customers about it.  Especially
when they could be the ones getting burnt by such practices.

It's NOT your right to deceive customers.

If you want to sell home cooked recipes, go right ahead.  If you were to
view that market with the same contempt and disdain that you show this
one, then you would get short shrift there as well.

You see, most of us have principles, and we are all prejudiced against
those who appear not to.  I suspect that therein lies the root cause of
the bias of which you complain.
