Obviously it is assumed it 'was' an auDA list being hosted by them.

So, for clarification, who 'owns' this list?

Is constant whinging by domain scammers going to be dealt with?

At the risk of stating the obvious, no it's not...

Some may wish to note now the origin address has been changed, which might
put some of this to bed. The new address is dns&#167;dotau.org.
