A few days ago, a customers of ours receives this, which smells a lot like 
a renewal notice...

Annoying, because...

- the customer domain transferred away from TPP some time ago.
- they've never had web hosting with TPP of any kind.

Is this the result of a "full review of its systems and procedures and 
training of relevant staff to ensure compliance with the Code of Practice 
and Registrar Agreement".
