Yes Josh I got one.

It certainly appears as though it is inline with
previous Federal Court rulings about domain name
mailings.

I'm not sure if you have the ability to read a court
judgement but you might remember that 12 out of the 15
points in the case were found in Domain Names
Australia's favour.
