Has anyone here used the MaxMind.com's free geolite country listing?
http://www.maxmind.com/app/geoip_country

It seems pretty comprehensive (they claim 97%) and has plenty of small
assignments.

If anyone has experience with the accuracy and use of this db listing,
please comment.
