I disagree ... if you compare domains names to stocks (which is a fair 
comparison) you will see that there are many controls and balances in place 
in the stock market.

Most agree that a secondary market isn't a bad idea .. the checks and 
controls are the problem. AUDA seems to be sitting back taking their time 
pondering the problem, which is great, that is what they are there for.

Personally if a secondary market was put in place, the 'stock exchange 
model' should apply. No insider trading, registrars and people involved with 
AUDA should not be able to speculate on domains, nor give advantage to 
associates.

Perhaps it would be useful for all the keen 'secondary market' people to 
start mapping out some 'checks and controls' to forward to AUDA.
