Speaking of your own situation:
When anyone uses their technical expertise from within an industry to 
abuse loopholes for their own benefit, it is the responsibility of the 
governing body to acknowledge the problem and hopefully police such 
issues lest the .au namespace become anything but what it *should* be 
and is currently marketed as ... An indication of an entity or service 
of an entity that is represented by the domain name and dwells within 
Australia.
