who was renowned for spamming and misleading?

As long as people are not paying directly to be in the draw and
Uregister is
not charging above their normal price than they don't need a permit or
license. That is my understanding. Yes I too am tired. I hope AUDA takes
all
possible actions as it is clear they are not only spamming but also
using
the whois database.

i'm just curious but, how can uregister.com.au run what seems to be a
national competition of chance for $10,000 cash without having
competition
permits in every state?

I'm not trying to beat up on them but it doesn't reflect well on the
legitamcy of whole domain/internet industry if companies within the
industry
do not take the correct action with regards to fair trading laws and
maketing practices. It's just getting tiresome.
