You're probably correct. I just thought it looked less than legitimate
because of the scant terms and conditions. Also I know from draws that we've
done, because is an internet based promotion there are some extra
requirements like lodging terms and conditions with the government and
having a government official or police officer present at the draw.

Anyway, I guess they must have worked all that out if they are giving away
$10000.
