Unfortunately this breaks down when clowns post stupid questions to
this list, and then a bunch of people answer them.  Or make outrageous
troll statements.  You can usually filter the original clowns, but
filtering out the responses to the clowns is a lot more difficult.

If you don't want to kick off the clowns, I guess you could deal
with this by kicking off the people who REPLY to known clowns. ;-/

At least that would be one way to get the message out there to
just ignore attention-seeking clowns and don't respond to them.
